Facilities very good my grandchildren had swim looked at the gym that is where he left his sunglasses next morning he went to see if they were there no such luck he asked at front desk no one had found them his father suggested he go back up to see if there security cameras one was looking at the very spot he left them he went back to ask if the cameras could be checked they said they would look into it & they would contact me if they found anything I had no phone call that says a lot to me. We had breakfast & ate several times at the bar very good we also dined at Miss Mi the last night of our stay I really did not enjoy the food. Staff very good except the sunglasses incident.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. Lifts were fast and frequent. The standout item for me was the choice of pillows on the beds. There were smaller/firmer pillows available. This sounds trivial, but I often travel for work, often to very fancy hotels, and I often struggle to sleep because of the ridiculously large, fluffy pillows. Sure these pillows may look nice on the bed - but they are awful to sleep on. I am often forced to travel with my own pillow - which is pretty hard when I am packing 1 week worth of clothes into a carry on bag. Thank you for your fabulous pillows. Combined with everything else - this made my trip!

The location is really convenient, close to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. The rooms were spacious. The staff were helpful and responsive. The security of the hotel was good - our key card only allow us to go to our own floors and common areas.

Room was very good, clean, comfy beds, great walk-in shower in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bar was nice for pre-dinner drinks. Location was perfect for us, eateries and restaurants close bye, 5-10 minutes walk to the shops, station, car rental and about 20-25 minutes stroll to the jetty and Elizabeth Quay. Perfect place for a city break, would definitely stay here again if returning to Perth.

Nice comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff on arrival, great location, great pool/spa/sauna. Definitely those swivel chairs near bar (I actually want to know where to buy) Was able to do early checking as kids were very tired getting up at 4am to fly to Perth.

The Receptionist at Breakfast was very Professional and we were refunded our money. I loved staying here at the Novatel and would definitely stay here again. Staff were fantastic, rooms very comfortable and clean. I had left afew items in the draw unwittingly so but returned to ask if the house keeping Team had found them. They had already packaged them up ready for me to collect. Most appreciated.

We had a 1 night stay during NYE, we did run into a hiccup where the aircon in the suite wasn't working when we arrived, which as much as that was unfortunate, the (manager?) we dealt with about the issue was lovely, went above and beyond to accommodate and seek a solution to the issue. We do appreciate the hospitality from this person in particular for doing everything she could to fix a big issue on the busiest night of the year. By the time we strolled back in to the hotel room later that night we had a beautifully cold room and a dessert platter waiting for us, and a part refund back into our bank account.

Wonderful emphasis on wellness - loved the sauna facilities and calm room etc. I liked that touch - definitely made me feel more relaxed during a busy weekend in the city. The bars, cafes and restaurants were good too. I liked the little features like being able to fill up your water bottle with sparkling water. Sitting by the pond and fountain at breakfast. Overall a nice retreat amongst the city.

Very near raine square, 5min walk. Lots of eateries nearby. Nice breakfast. Warm shower. Good air-conditioner. Good size TV. Comfortable decent sized rooms and beds. Walls are sound proof. Facilities good overall. Good gym.
